Welcome to the Baltimore County Real Estate Market Update for June 2015.  We are closing through the final weeks of the Spring market as kids prepare to finish up school and we launch into the hustle and bustle of the Summer season.  Home Sellers should be paying detailed attention to where this market is going and here are the stats to prove it.  Average sales pricing for homes selling the Baltimore County Real Estate Market are coming in at $266,946 which is up 3.23% from the same time last year showing us that YOUR HOME MAY BE WORTH MORE THAN YOU THINK!!

873 homes sold in May throughout the Baltimore County Real Estate Market up a staggering 19.75% from last May, and up 18% from just last month!!  The market is booming right now for you home sellers reading this.  On top of that 791 homes went under contract up 19.85% from last year setting the market up for a great Summer season.  Currently 3,291 Baltimore County Homes are listed for sale, up 5% from the same time last year.  Home sales up, contracts up, but homes actually on the market trailing by over 14% in growth as the active home market continues to constrict.
